Rachel Harmsworth | Business Book Coach

A transformational business book is the most efficient client-attraction system you'll ever own.

Write it once, attract clients forever.

Don't Write Your Business Book, by Rachel Harmsworth

Most experts rely on exhausting, short-term, 1-on-1 tactics like cold outreach, endless social media posting, or expensive ads to find clients.

The missing ingredient that bridges this gap is a transformational business book. Instead of chasing clients one by one, a book establishes instant authority, does the heavy lifting of pre-qualifying leads, and speaks directly to hundreds or thousands of prospective clients simultaneously.

It turns expertise into a tangible, high-value vehicle that attracts clients on autopilot while expanding both impact and income.

I believe every expert has a book worth reading.

My job is to make sure yours gets written.

Rachel Harmsworth, business book writing coach

I'm Rachel Harmsworth: published author and business book writing coach. For over a decade I've helped coaches, consultants and business experts turn their accumulated knowledge into published books that build authority, attract premium clients and create lasting impact.

I bring a rare combination to this work: the academic rigour of an MA in Writing and Publishing, the creative instinct of a fiction and non-fiction author, and the psychological insight of an NLP practitioner. That combination means I can help you not just write better, but think better, structure better, and believe in your work when the blank page tells you not to.

Qualifications

The expertise behind
the partnership

BA Creative Writing & English
The craft foundation: story structure, language precision, the mechanics of compelling writing.
MA Writing & Publishing
The industry knowledge: from manuscript to market. Traditional publishing, hybrid, self-publishing and everything between.
Diploma in NLP
The psychological edge: understanding and overcoming the blocks, beliefs and patterns that stop experts from writing their books.

I became a writing coach because I know what it feels like to have something important to say and not know how to say it. I also know what it feels like to finally hold a finished book in your hands. I want that for every expert I work with.

My clients come to me at every stage, from "I have a vague idea" to "I've been trying to write this for three years and I'm stuck." What they all have in common is expertise that deserves a wider audience, and a book that deserves to exist.

I am both a fiction and non-fiction author myself, which means I bring genuine creative experience to the work, not just theory. I understand the loneliness of the blank page, the joy of a breakthrough, and the particular challenge of writing about yourself and your own expertise without losing your voice.

My mission is simple: to make sure the books that should exist in the world actually do. Your clients need your book. Your industry needs your perspective. And you deserve to be a published author.

"Rachel turned twenty years of chaos in my head into an actual book. She gave me structure, momentum and belief when I wanted to quit. Six weeks later Radical Happiness existed. If your book lives in your head, she gets it out."
Michelle Thomas, Author of Radical Happiness for High Vibe Humans
What I believe

The values that guide
every partnership

Your voice is non-negotiable
Every book I help create sounds like its author, not like me, not like a template. Your voice is your greatest asset and protecting it is my first job.
Done beats perfect
The best business book is the one that actually gets finished. I create momentum, structure and accountability so your book moves forward, every single week.
A book is a business tool
I approach every book with commercial strategy as well as creative craft. It needs to work hard for your business, not just sit on a shelf.
Expertise deserves an audience
You have spent years building knowledge that could change someone's life. Getting it into a book is not a vanity project; it's a responsibility.
