What this is

Stop thinking about your book.
Start planning it.

Most coaches and experts spend years saying they should write a book. Planned Together is how you stop saying it and start doing it, in just four weeks.

This focused group programme takes you from wherever you are right now, whether that's a vague idea or a half-finished outline, to a clear, confident, chapter-by-chapter plan for your book. You'll know exactly what your book is about, who it's for, how it's structured, and what you're going to write in every single chapter.

A new cohort starts on the first Monday of every month, with a small group of fellow coaches and experts who are on exactly the same journey as you. The accountability, energy and shared experience of the group is one of the most powerful parts of the programme.

Questions

Before you enrol,
a few things worth knowing

That's exactly why Planned Together exists. It's four weeks, not four months, and it's built for busy coaches who can't clear their diary for a book. You're not writing the book during the programme, you're getting the plan that makes the writing straightforward afterwards. Most people spend more time putting off a vague idea than they'd spend in these four weeks getting clarity.

Most people get stuck because they're trying to plan and write at the same time, with no structure to lean on. Planned Together separates those steps. You'll work through your mindset, your reader, your message and your structure in order, with a workbook and live support, so you're not staring at a blank page wondering where to start.

The programme is shaped around transformational and personal development coaches, so if that's your world, it's built with your kind of book in mind, not a generic template for any nonfiction book.

Group format keeps the price accessible and adds something 1:1 doesn't: you're planning alongside other people doing the same thing, at the same stage, which keeps momentum up and normalises the wobbles that come with this stage of the process. If you later want more personal attention on the writing itself, that's what Planned, Written, Published (the 1:1 programme) is for.

You won't have a finished book, and the programme isn't promising that. What you'll have is a proper plan: your structure, your chapters, your reader, your why, so the writing itself becomes a matter of following a map rather than wandering. That's usually the difference between a book that gets finished and one that sits in a drawer.

You can absolutely try. But most people who "just write it themselves" are the ones who never finish, because there's no one holding them to a structure or a deadline. £495 buys you a proven planning process, a workbook and accountability, which is usually far cheaper than the months (or years) lost to a stalled manuscript.

That's exactly where Week 1 starts. Before structure or chapters, the programme begins with your mindset: your why, your definition of success, the obstacles in your way, and reframing the inner voice that says you're not a "real" author. Most people who join with that doubt leave the four weeks with a plan they didn't think they had.
